A contract between the customers and Prowse & Hargood Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed, despatched and the goods have been accepted.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. However, occasionally, an item maybe out of stock. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation. Goods purchased via this site can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of dispatch.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials on this Website are owned, controlled, or licensed to Prowse & Hargood Limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange the items or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the product by FREEPOST to the address at the back of the despatch note. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to Prowse & Hargood Limited. Please note that refunds on items intended as gifts can only be given to the person who made the initial payment.

Our Guarantee

We promise that if any Prowse & Hargood shirt or product purchased online does not meet with your approval for any reason, you can return it by FREEPOST free within 30 days of the purchase order for an exchange or a full and immediate refund.

Careful attention has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct.

VAT

All orders being sent within the European Union are subject to Value Added Tax. This rate is set at 17.5% of the total order. Orders being sent outside of the EU will automatically have the VAT deducted.

All transactions are in Pounds Sterling (£). We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit and debit cards. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Delta and Switch Debit cards.
